Lame Prince and Travelling Cloak

Stuff-and-Nonsense brings
World to lame, imprisoned prince --
Then the crown -- What lark!

    You have both David and I stumped! a wild guess would be THE CANARY PRINCE, but ... I think not! so do tell!

    Um, nothing that interestingly-titled. It would be the Book of Victorian Fairy Tales. :) Oh, and a little Agatha Christie, just to mix them up in my head in a weird way.
