Thomas' 445th Story -- Illustrated

Once upon a time, there was a water tower.  A Thomas named Thomas built it.  It had walls and windows, but the windows didn't open.  The Water was gone.  It was emptied out.  A Thomas named Thomas emptied the water tower.
