Once upon a time, there was a Thomas named Thomas.  He was Fire Chief Thomas.  He had a Fire Chief hat.  And a Fire Chief jacket.  And Fire Chief boots.  But he didn't have a ladder.  Fire Chief Thomases need ladders.
