Once upon a time, there was a Thomas named Thomas.  He wanted Hallowe'en.
"I want pumpkins.  And trick-or-treating," said Thomas.
"It's not Hallowe'en time," said his mommy.
"It's not?" said Thomas.  "Why not?"
