Thomas' Second 1075th Story

1075.     Once upon a time, there was a Thomas named Thomas.  He built a treehouse.  The treehouse was outside the house, and the treehouse was over the house.  The treehouse was garden treehouse.
A butterfly flew in the treehouse.  It was yellow like the sun, and like the dandy flowers.  The butterfly WAS a dandy flower.
The End.

1072.     Once upon a time, there was a Mr. Dragon.  He was a bubble dragon.  A green bubble dragon.  He blew in the bubbles.  And he flew in the bubbles.  He flew up, over his head.  He might still be flying.

Book 357

My Little Color Book, by Bob Staake, Little Simon, 2001.

I bought this book at EXACTLY the same time and for EXACTLY the same reason I bought the numbers book and the opposites book -- to teach my five-year-old son how to use shapes to draw.  Oh, and because he LOVES Bob Staake.

The added bonus with this book is that colors are on his "word wall" in Kindergarten and he's been able to read the names of colors for well over three weeks (and he's only been in Kindergarten for five weeks).
