Thomas' Third 703rd Story



1.     Once upon a time, there was a Thomas named Thomas.  He built a new house.  It was a wheelbarrow-rake-birdhouse house.  And his new house had a new address:  208 Argentina Oaks.  Thomas needs to get his mail there now.

Thomas' Third 702nd Story



1.     Once upon a time, the power was out; there was no electricity in the house.  Thomas’ office couldn’t call him.  Now Thomas needed to go to New York, but he couldn’t drive because the garage door wouldn’t open without electricity.  Thomas couldn’t even get to the airport – it was too far to walk.  And it was too far to walk to New York.  So Thomas went outside to play with Sophie, because Sophie doesn’t run on electricity.  She runs on bones and dog food.

1.     Once upon a time, there was Beethoven music.  It was scary, because it was low, like the rumble of a gray-cloud storm.  And it was sad, like the rain that falls, and disappears back into the rivers. And it was beautiful, like a thunderstorm at night.

1.     Once upon a time, there was a whisper in the ear.  The whisper said, “We’re going trick-or-treating at the library tomorrow!”

1.     Once upon a time, there was a Thomas named Thomas.  He ate so many donuts that he turned into a donut.  And when he bounced on the bouncy house, he popped it.

1.     Once upon a time, there was a Thomas named Thomas.  Today he was in control of the weather.  He made hailstones – two hailstones.  And the hailstones were named Zorffenteno and Forentio.
