1020.     Once upon a time, there was a Thomas named Thomas.  He had a new friend.  His friend had no name.  His friend’s name was No Name, because his friend wasn’t really a boy – he was a shadow.  He was a boy shadow.  Thomas’ friend wanted macaroni and cheese for dinner.  With lemonade.
