This is my favorite kind of reverso -- the meaning doesn't just shift subtly, but is almost quite the opposite.
Hidden--
Not
seen,
tail
flicking,
behind the toy tunnel--
Spotted
cat.
Cat
spotted
behind the toy tunnel.
Flicking
tail
seen--
Not
hidden.

OH this is a scarey poem! When midnight flicks his tail you know there will be blood shed! ooooohhhhhhh sshhhh
ReplyDeleteChloe just doesn't have a blood lust. She does, however, spray -- which I've never known a female domestic to do. Of course, she barely domesticated. :)
ReplyDeleteI thought i just wrote something here! Midnight does't spray but does prefer a spotless box and refuses to use a dirty box! he rattles his tail, yells, and draws our blood before messing the floor!
