Dear Ms. K --

T pretended like he was going to hit a girl in the face.  They were laughing, but this is unacceptable behavior.  If he can’t learn to control himself we will have to send him to the office.

Dear Ms. X –

So T and another child were laughing and playing together, and it looked to you like he might be pretending to hit her, but he didn’t hit anyone and no one complained about being hurt or afraid?  What exactly does he need to control?  And how can the office help with that?
