Dear Ms. K --

T was playing with the front of his pants today.  And his pants were halfway down when he was on the playground.  Please tell T he needs to keep his pants up.

Note 7 – Response

Dear Ms. X –

T was playing with the front of his pants because the tie at the front of his pants came untied; it was still untied when he came home.  He was trying to fasten the tie, but he hasn’t learned that particular life skill yet.  I would have thought, however, that Kindergarten teachers do possess that particular life skill and could help their students.  And, yes, because the tie was undone, his pants didn’t stay up very well.
