T was not following directions in art.  Fingers in paint in our class when it wasn’t his turn.  Putting headphone cord in his mouth.  Not following procedures.

Dear Ms. X –

Wait, wait, wait – the paint was sitting in front of T and he wasn’t supposed to use it?  Is this your first time around Kindergarten children?

And again with the “procedures”! – Are these procedures that dictate the correct way to put the headphone cord in one’s mouth?
