Bunnies in the grass
Don’t leave chocolate eggs
Or painted eggs
Or really any eggs at all

Bunnies in the grass
Won’t stand at six feet
Or five feet
Or even over two feet tall

We don’t need trappings
Or straw basket wrappings
Or anything to say:
Happy Easter! today
