184.     Once upon a time, there was a Thomas named Thomas.  He was a baby.  Last week.  He had no hair.  And he had a little nose and a little mouth.  And he had big, fat cheeks.  Now Thomas is a little boy.  He has a lot of hair.  And he has a big nose and a big mouth.  And he has little cheeky cheeks.
