Note to teacher

Dear Ms. X --

T has a sprained wrist and a sprained, possibly broken, elbow.  He spent over three hours in ER and did not get home until almost 10 p.m.  If he seems to be in pain, please let me know and I will pick him up.

T is not following carpet procedures.  He is not participating in whole group activities on carpet.  Worried, had to keep Thomas in control of his body.  He was really rough with his arm today.
