Dear Ms. K –

T has had silly behavior throughout the day.  At lunch he was playing with his milk.  However, we are most concerned again with his safety.  He would not line up and continued playing while his class was already lined up.  I had to hold his hand to walk him in from recess after the class entered the building on their own.  He did a nice job in writing today.
