T was not following procedures.  He was acting silly when the dog guest was in the room.

Dear Ms. X –

After all this time and all these notes, I have no idea what the “procedures” are.  If you explained them to T as well as you have to me, I can understand his problem.  Also, after all this time and all these notes, I have no idea what “acting silly” means. Just once it would be nice if you slipped up and told me something useful.
