Thomas' Third 406th Story

1.          406.      Once upon a time, there was man.  He had on a flat hat with a little string in the middle.  And a black striped shirt with white black stripes.  And blue pants.  And black shoes.  And he had a black beard.  He was the caretaker of Paris.  He took care of Paris so that the Eiffel Tower wouldn’t fall down.
