October 27, 2011 – Afternoon

I take an

Inventory

Of the

Groceries in

Our house

If I were

On a liquid

To soft food

Diet

What could

I eat?

I find

Potatoes

For mashing

A jar of

Applesauce –

Non chunky –

A few cans

Of soup

A couple of

Boxes of

Pudding

And a huge

Container of

Oatmeal

I hate

Oatmeal –

Unless in cookies –

Why did

We buy

So much?

I decide

To wait

Until my brother

Is settled in

To go

Shopping

I decide

Also

That I am

So glad

That I am

Not on his

Diet

I would starve

On a

Diet of

 Oatmeal
