1.     Once upon a time, there was a birthday coming.  It was a five birthday.  And it was a Thomas birthday.  After five, comes six.  After six, comes seven.  After seven, comes eight.  After eight, comes nine.  After nine, comes ten.  After ten, comes eleven.  Mommy had a birthday.  She’s eleven.
