43.     Once upon a time, there was a birthday.  It was Thomas’ birthday.  It was a Spiderman pajamas birthday.  And a chocolate frosting with sprinkles birthday.  And a build a birdhouse with Daddy birthday.  And it was a wish for stars birthday.  And a rain and windy birthday.  It was Thomas’ birthday.  And he was five.  High five!
